Band of Leaders Australia (BoLA) provides high quality chair-led leadership enhancement programs for practising business owners and CEOs in Western Australia. 

At BoLA, we peel back the layers to truly develop insight into who you are to gain a deeper understanding into your business vision, mission, and purpose.  When we are in an environment of trust, we have an opportunity as entrepreneurs and business leaders to share insights and vulnerabilities to grow ourselves and our businesses beyond.  

As peers brought together in a boardroom format, it enables us to look through a different lens to solve multiple million-dollar problems and create million-dollar opportunities.  Deeper connections are made in this confidential forum, where business owners have the confidence to share sensitive information, enabling group learning and innovative solutions.  

BoLA members come together monthly to work on their business collectively in a non-competing structure.  Members have access to monthly 1to1 business coaching to help them discover their own strengths and provide support for change.  In addition, members come together for an annual retreat and enjoy outside events with their partners to forge meaningful friendships and foster relationships.
